Country Scene was first Incorporated on December 28th, 1978

Country scene was first started in 1978, with 16 phases of construction. unlike the typical condominiums, the home is more like a single home, it is up to the ower to maintain snow removal from their driveways, landscaping their own yeards, and maintaining the appearance of the exterior of the home.

in doing so it keeps our monthly maintenance fees lower than the typical association dues.

each phase had its own home type, color, and roofing style. these colors and styles are enforced by the governing documents voted and approved by the board.
