Snow Plowing
We provide snow removal off the streets only and salting as needed at the main intersections. For additional removal or salting please contact the property maintenance manager
Rubbish removal
We provide rubbish removal as part of the maintenance fees, rubbish is picked up once a week on Thursday mornings and at this time has no restrictions on items removed.
They request for larger items or more than normal trash to be contacted in advance, some larger items might be assessed an additional fee
Our Board
Our board consists of 5 homeowners, all volunteering their time to create a safe and functional living community.
We meet once a month and have 2 semi-annual meetings.
The board consists of 1 president, 1 vice president, 1 treasure 1 maintenance director, and 2 directors at large
We have only 2 paid staff members, 1 bookkeeper, and one electrician that maintains lighting on the front of all the homes and street lights.
